Thanks Mick, This is excellent news, your the 1st person from Belfast i've came across who is also planning to walk the Camino this year, this is my 1st time and i'm a bit unsure of of what to expected, Is this your 1st time ???. I burn really easy when i'm out in the sun, i'll take all the precautions, but that's my main concern. good luck with your trip.

This is my second Camino last time I stopped in Burgos it was life changing.

.I talked to everyone met some brilliant people .I lost the skin on both heels and three toe nails. Totally unfit carried a ridiculous bag weight 20 kilos
Bring compeed plasters for blisters , make sure footwear is well worn, good socks, and sence of humour.

They all thought I was the mad Irishman they were right.

        Buen Camino Joe.
