VDLP -- Day 9, Arco de Caparra, Hostal Asturias

Just to say that it is nice being back on the Via de la Plata. We´re taking short stages -- up to 22 ks and doing well for the moment. We´re no longer the walkers we were in 2005 when we walked from Le Puy to Santiago, but we can´t complain, even though our bodies and bones do.
Life is good and it feels wonderful being able walking the VDLP again.
