here is a site from American Express that gives weather information for major cities anywhere in the world from 1997 to the present:

Si pinchas en una Comunidad Autónoma, te salen las estaciones de esa Comunidad que están subiendo datos cada 15 minutos. Por ejemplo, Asturias.

Hay otras páginas, por ejemplo meteored, donde se hacen predicciones más fiables que las de AEMET. Y en el foro también se suben datos a tiempo real.
