Hello, I have booked a night in Casas da Quinta da Cancela in Balugaes but just discovered the "famous" casa Fernanda. I do have free cancellation for Quinta da cancela but want to make sure I can actually get a night for Fernanda since it is so popular. I will be walking in late October.
Do you think the experience at Fernanda is worth it?
Are there any other places like Fernanda on the Portuguese central camino?
I would like to experience a mix of solitude for writing + socialness like what I've read w/ Fernanda where you experience the dinner with fellow pilgrims. I think it'd be a great way to meet people. So debating on switching nights or just try to find a place w/ similar vibes somewhere else on the camino.
