Well that didn't work, so I need the experts among you to to show this idiot how to do it, best to have the knowledge before I start walking.

Click on the little box, top right with three dots & a down-arrow, select "edit thread", click on the little down-arrow next to Title & click on the prefix you want to use.

You actually have a choice with the Vdlp. You can do the more general “live from the camino” prefix (which you will find in the Live from the Camino section Tinca has shown you), or you can go specifically to the VDLP sub-forum, and click on the prefix there to get a more specific “Live from the Vdlp” prefix. Too many choices, I know,especially for those who struggle with technoloy, like me.
