Maybe, but she has found this forum where past pilgrims and even prospective ones have been helping each other for many, many years. We will help, but we need some help understanding how best to do that!

Several local news websites are reporting that two pilgrims have been taken to hospital with injuries after being attacked by a cow. The incident took place about 10km north of Fuenterroble de Salvatierra. One pilgrim has been seriously injured...

Thanks so much for all advice and suggestions! Two injections at the Ponte de Lima hospital and two prescriptions for the next few days and I am feeling much better! Will be going very slowly for the next week and using other transport as well...
