    I'd consider starting in Oviedo . The Hospitales route is the most spectacular walking so I would recommend it. I'm a moderate walker so you could make Melide in ten days.     Great suggestions. Be kind. Be able to listen without judging. Do those random acts of kindness- I gave and experienced both. Learn some Spanish. Leave the bathroom clean. Be patient with yourself as well as others.
