We arrive Delta in Terminal 2E at 8:10 am, have to go thru customs and then catch an Easy Jet flight to Biarritz at 10:50 in Terminal D2. Is that doable and what is the best way to get from E2 to D2, walk or take the bus?

Americans don't say lift, instead use elevator. If I stay in a hotel I expect heat, but wouldn't expect it in an albergue. Don't think that's being unreasonable. The rest of course is silly.
We're starting the Camino in June and after reading various threads, I'm wondering if you have to or even can make reservations for the albergue in Roncevalles? I didn't think you could reserve at the public albergues. Last time I did the camino in 2012 that was the case. Have things changed?
