I only saw one person walking who started in Ourense, so not exactly a huge influx of people :p.
If anything it felt less busy, since people were a bit more spread out. Before Ourense it seems like everyone was doing more or less the same...
After 13 days of walking I've finished my 337km walk on the Camino Sanabres, and my entire 1400km walk from Almería. Yay!
If anyone's interested in a day-by-day report, you can find it on my Instagram...
Never used that brand but trail runners really shouldn't need a breaking in period. I usually start any long distance walk with a brand fresh pair of Altra Lone Peaks and it's never given me any issues.

If anyone's interested in a day-by-day report, you can find it on my...

Just pretend like the bars are paying public toilets. I've never had a problem going to a café, handing over a euro to the person running it and say "por los aseos" (for the toilet) - if you want or need anything from the cafe at that point
I am in San Pedro as a right March 20 th and just took the Yelbes route. The river crossing was nothing, up to my knees. As we all know its more of a pain having to change in and out of your dry stuff. I agree first 4 days were not so much fun...
