  • A granddaughter brought me back to the States. I miss Spain, but blood is thicker than water, whatever that means. I am pulled to another walk on the Primitivo. I don't know when or how, given the current "health situation," but I'll do it someday. My book about the Camino Mozarabe is here in PDF and on Amazon in hard copy and Kindle formats.

I'm planning PRIMITIVO April 2022 as a solo hiker. My first solo. My wife as been so gracious enough to take care of the home front along with a 4 yr old son. Since she hiked with me from Astorga to SDC she understands what is drawing me back...I'm with you in spirit.
I completed the Camino Mozarabe from Almeria to Muxia in June of 2019. I'm now living in Granada and loving it! I'm somewhere in the middle of a first draft of a book about my experiences and things I thought about along the way. I hope to have it on Amazon by late fall. I'll also post a free downloadable PDF here.
In the rewrite stage of a new book about my last walk from Barcelona to Rome. Hope to complete it this year.
