Hi fellow pilgrims! Thought I'd share my most recent Camino trip (Camino Ingles + Camino Finisterre) in June 2023. It was very peaceful, serene, and beautiful. Lots of nature and forests. No crowds. Of course, you meet other pilgrims...but it's a small, intimate group that you get to meet...

Camino Portugués Video: Porto to Santiago 2022 | 11 Days in 20 Minutes

Thanks Bala! I just replied to Barbie about making the switch to the central route. It's possible though a lot of road walking. You could also take the bus. But I wanted to see both the coastal & central routes. In this Day 2 Vlog, you can see where I made the turn (in Vila do Conde) and how...

Camino Portugués Video: Porto to Santiago 2022 | 11 Days in 20 Minutes

Hi Barbie - you're welcome! The only plan I had was to get to Porto and start with the coastal route (it's more beautiful)...and then I just "followed my heart/intuition" you could say. The coastal route is BEAUTIFUL, but I didn't meet as many pilgrims...and I wanted a more intimate pilgrim...

I arrived alone in St. Jean and met a bunch of people on the way who I eventually walked with till Santiago. But September is quite busy, especially in St. Jean...

Camino Frances Video: 33 Days in 16 Minutes | September 2019

Thanks so much =) I did not use a gimbal stabilizer, but the video stabilization in smartphones nowadays is pretty top-notch. I used an iPhone 7 and 2 hands. I also brought my Sony A7iii but didn't end up using it at all for video. There's so much you can do with smartphones nowadays!
