How do I get from Madrid to Pamplona?
The train from Madrid will get you there. The Pamplona Airport is about 9 miles S.W. of the center of the city The bus terminal is downtown and, during tourist season, there are regular buses to take you over to St. Jean Pied de Port (if that is where you want to begin your camino) buen camino- flyfishinguy

Best Camino by bike?
Hello You didn't state when you planned to leave in 2016, I rode the Camino Frances on my bike, leaving from St. Jean Pied de Port Made it to Santiago in only 9 days rodes were in great condition larger cities had bike shops to handle basic repairs but I was lucky and did not need any buen camino- flyfishinguy

Is it possible to cycle 200km in 5 days?
Hello I rode my bike on the camino frances back in 2016. 500 mi in 9 days. Rode from St Jean Pied de Port in France all the way to Santiago. I am 69 now and rode the route when I was 66.
