    We all have negative self-talk, but it sounds like you’re actually pretty smart for experimenting early. I use a chunk of shampoo bar for the shower and then small squares of laundry detergent sheets for my clothes.

    I ended up staying in Pousada Armenteira, which was expensive, but also a nice treat. It’s close enough to the Convento that you can walk to vespers, which was lovely.

    Yup. Our goal is Casa Rosa. I'm prebooking since places to stay are a bit sparse, and I am just wondering if it's best to stay Borrenes/Las Medulas/PDF or if I can walk from Borrenes through the park and skip staying in Las Medulas and head straight to Casa Rosa.
