    Hi, My friend and I are flying into Madrid on April 4th, spending the night then heading to Pamplona the next morning. Did you buy your train ticket ahead of time or getting it when you get there? Feeling nervous, but working thru it. Thanks for your input.

    Thank you for all the suggestions. We have talked quite a bit about it and so far have decided to stay the first night in Madrid and then make our way on to Pamplona and SJPdP with a clear head, rested from the flights getting there.
