Thank you for the advice. Yes we have quite a few hills around where we live, not anything close to the elevation on the Camino but on the 22kms I did some elevation of 252meters, which I know is nothing like \i will experience, but I'm hopeful I will find more hills to train on. Good idea...
Thank you so much for the reply & good advice. I know I need to do a few more 22+kms walks back to back to see how I feel & get a better gauge of it. Would be nice to enjoy the route, while walking, which I think it's all about really. Thanks again
