I don't know about receiving two compostelas, but you can have someone else's name added if you request 'vicare pro' when you arrive at the desk. The compostela will already have your name on it and the other name is added by hand at the bottom.

Try one-bottle.com. They are tops and tubes that fit wide mouth bottles as well standard water bottles. For me it was the best of both worlds, a bottle on the side that I was used to but the ease of a tube so I don’t need to take my pack off.
