    I'll Push You

Wow just finished watching the film and must confess to having tears in my eyes at the end. I think it helped that I'd listened to the audiobook first as that gives you a lot more of the background and feelings etc.

How important is your pilgrim's passport?

Such an interesting story. One thing I have learned in recent years is that everyone has a story, if you're prepared to listen. Some of the most fascinating people can be met in what might seem the most mundane circumstances.

    I'll Push You

Thank you all for taking the time to reply. I plan to make my pilgrimage next year, possibly setting off around May time and travelling from St Jean to Santiago. I would like to use the "proper" routes but realise this may not always be possible.

    I'll Push You

Hi all, I finished listening to the audiobook of I'll Push You (read by the authors!) this morning and can't wait to see the film now. I am wondering though if I'd be able to make it on my own - in the book there are stretches where they describe about needing a dozen people to help get over...

    Pilgrim Passport from another country

I've received 2 credencials from the store on this site over the weekend - one came with a book order and the other came in a protective cover I'd ordered. Can't wait to get them filled with stamps.

    Camino Frances Planning for 2019

Thank you, and it's reassuring to hear there are some albergues with accessible facilities - that's one of the things I've been trying to find out. Ideally I'll be going onward from Santiago to Finisterre as well but I'll make that decision once I reach Santiago - I may well have had enough by...

    Camino Frances Planning for 2019

Hi there, I'm Dan, 41 and from Yorkshire in the UK. I'm currently excited and starting planning for travelling the Camino Frances next year. I work in IT support in the NHS. I first heard about the Camino de Santiago only a year or so ago and wanted to do it but didn't think it would be...
