Porto to Santiago, following coast and then central
Hi guys, some of the responses here have me puzzled. If you colect your pilgrim passbook at the cathedral in Porto, then catch the metro down to Metosinhos, where do you say you started your camino when collected your Compostela? Cheers- Mike J D

The Albergue in Labruge is about 500mts from the water, just turn right at the restaurants and walk up into the village. The Albergue is close to a cafe and a grocer.- Mike J D

I did the same route 2 weeks ago. Lovely walk along the coast. It was important to me to walk the whole way so I left my Porto Albergue and walked to Labruge. Porto- Santiago, September 2016
I just finished Porto to Santiago (Villa do Conte - Rates) only 4 days ago. Also took the Junquerie route. Markings are scarce between VdC and Rates but the book is helpful. Forest Fire Status in Portugal
Hi I'm on the Camino now and just arrived in Valenca (9th). Yesterday I walked from Cassa Fernanda to Rubiaes. We heard of fires close to Rubiaes and many caught busses to Valenca from Ponte de Lima.
