Hi, this sign is actually now repainted and it says 115 km to Santiago. It is in a forest between Nigran and Vigo. I just saw it few days ago. I will see if I find pictures.
Hello, my fellow pilgrims found a credencial at a Santiago church in Castelo de Neiva on 7th of September. It has a name - Friederike Bayer, starting from Porto on the 4th of September.
Dont worry, they carry it with them and make sure to get the sellos.

Hello, I will be starting in Viana do Castelo on the 9th. My plan is to get to Santiago September 18th. I would like to stick to the Senda Litoral as much as possible, so no Casa Fernanda for me :)
I agree with JCLima, the trains are very nice and cheap and run very often. Braga is an amazing place to visit, full of history and yet not so crowded with tourist. There are a few very nice hostels (for 12€ you will get a very nice dorm bed and brakfast included), try InBraga Hostel.
