Glad to hear your infection cleared up. What I noticed is that obviously hydration plays a role but so does bloodflow to your ankles and legs . I would look into getting a supportive ankle brace sleeve because it not only supports you, but tends to regulate bloodflow well to your extremities...
Excellent suggestions in this thread, thank you. I'm very cold sensitive so I definitely opt for the warmest combination in my sleeping gear. One of the oldest tricks is still relevant, dress in layers :)
