Sore ankle
Went hiking this weekend and remembered others might have the same recurring problem with their ankles as me. I ended up ordering a new one through Amazon Prime the sleeve shown on Television: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YIAG6R4/?tag=casaivar02-20 and it didn't bother me the entire trip. Glad to hear your infection cleared up. What I noticed is that obviously hydration plays a role but so does bloodflow to your ankles and legs . I would look into getting a supportive ankle brace sleeve because it not only supports you, but tends to regulate bloodflow well to your extremities...- Rebecca Holt

Sleeping liner vs. sleeping bag
Excellent suggestions in this thread, thank you. I'm very cold sensitive so I definitely opt for the warmest combination in my sleeping gear. One of the oldest tricks is still relevant, dress in layers :)- Rebecca Holt
