    Yah people were getting Taxis left right and center. I was determined not to, once we got to acebo, I remember one of our group had whiskey and soup. It Was a great experience now I can say I walk in a blizzard.

    Holiday Insurance

    I’ve heard some people just neglect to get holiday insurance. well I did not and it saved me a world of pain. late August 2019... after crossing into Spain on the Camino da Costa... I had a heart attack and ended up having a stent in the Santiago de Compostella hospital. it Ended up costing me...

    Have at least 1.5 ltrs of water some bananas and or glucose sweets... also I recommend you reserve in roncesvalle yes it’s tough but a great sense of achievement .. also leave early... keep rucksack weight down kr

    as you have plenty of time i stayed in albergue in Irun... next morning walked with some people.. enjoy the del Norte is the best Camino
