Thank you for making the issue Visible. I suspect you are correct that the behavior was known in-house, as it has gone on for some while. If he continues to be present there for some reason, perhaps some Public Group Peer "Counseling" can assist him to know that sexualizing & predating women pilgrims is Not Acceptable. Sounds like one man attempted that some years back & Miguel needs a reminder in stronger terms.- Sherry G.
