Hi, there was hoping there might be some generous person who would be able to give myself and my father a lift from Pomerado today 19th of April to get to Santiago to Compostela airport for a flight at 1850- topmat

Backpack is 2 kg too heavy TwT
Less is more. Seriously. Two towels? Why? I bought three pairs of socks and wish I hadn’t …. Seriously, back to the beginning…. Less is more. That said, it’s your Camino- you do it your way…. It’s good to have advice etc - but you do you!!! To each their own :-)- topmat

Backpacks Check-in or carry-on
I simply took a carrier bag as my “day bag” and did a cellophane wrap at the airport . It was fine - I also hid an AirTag in my bag as it is so essential. I carried my pack for my two week stint, my father had his couriered day by day to save his back- ideal for him. I like the challenge of it-...- topmat
