    They don't sell otc. In Spain. I always bring a tube of Cortisone 10 with me. Do you have travel insurance? If so call the number a d they can probably refer you to someone in Pamplona to see. If not, ask your hospitalera if they can guide you or go to a pharmacy and they may be able to help you.

    Do you have travel insurance? If so you may be able to call and see if they can help you locate a provider and/or supplies. I think you do have to have a prescription from a Spanish doctor, but they may be able to identify who you could see.

    Perhaps start in Roncesvalles or if you start in SJPDP go the Valcarlos route. It is a steep downhill from the top of the Napoleon route. There is no actual "service" to get you down from the top once you walk up there.
