This one. Sorry, I was unable to grab this earlier.
The tear is not quite as bad as I feared and I'm having them tape it from the back. This framing project has been a nightmare and they have had to redo it twice lol. On the upside...they did refund my entire costs so I guess my vanity...
I had bought the long Camino banner-style map in Santiago and finally got around to having it framed. The framers managed to tear my map and I'm in need of a replacement. Does anyone know where to get one online? I have seen it on Etsy, but I hate Etsy and would rather send my money elsewhere...
Injinji and Darn Tough are my favourites as well. I throw everything in the washing machine and dryer because I am lazy that way. The socks survive and I have very happy feet.
Buen Camino!
Your list looks good. We all have a different opinion (as you can see) on what is essential. I am fully on Team Poncho and Team Extra Socks.
Your sleeping bag looks massive and very heavy. My Patagonia puffy sleeping bag liner is only 291gr and takes up about a 1/3 of the space as yours. I...
I took 3 small stones with me as well to leave at Cruz de Ferro. One I collected on the Isle of Man while there with my friend who had failed her Camino attempt and is dead. One for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (small stone painted by a First Nations artist friend) and one for me. :D
I have a long sleeve merino shirt from Patagonia that I love. It's very light weight and wasn't too hot.

I love merino and have so many sweaters, shirts, socks, underwear, trousers and dresses! They're the perfect material for Camino, breathable, not stinky, easily washed and quick drying. Layers for warmth, single layers on hot days.
If you live somewhere that has hiking/outdoor gear clothing...
I went with the poncho from Decathlon that fit over my backpack. It has full sleeves and a 1/4 zip and was easy to put on without assistance. It get's bonus points for being extremely inexpensive. It rained every day in late October on the Ingles and my pack and I were always dry.
I've had...
I have Icebreaker merino briefs (women's) and love them. Comfortable and quick drying, also seamless to prevent chafing points. My sister brought her thinnest cotton underwear and they took more than 24 hours to dry.
Wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Handwash all your garments and...
I watched a bunch of videos when I first bought my poles and thought I knew what to do until I started walking. I gave up 2 or 3 times and on the 4th I decided to just hold them in my hands without trying to place them properly. After a couple of minutes I found I was automatically moving them...
I bought a pair of these vests for my sister and I for our autumn Camino Ingles. They fit over our ponchos and packs. I might not have bothered but we were walking in the dark most mornings and in the rain all day.
I bought 2 pairs of Native sunglasses a couple of years ago for Camino and daily life during their 50% off Black Friday sale. I like them for the thick arms that block out the sun from the side and they are extremely lightweight.
Your average pharmacy at home should carry decent sunglasses...
Columbia drawstring I used this for my last Camino and stitched a pocket inside so I could find my wallet lol. It was bigger than what I wanted, but it doubled as my grocery bag and carry on bag for my flights. It weighs 99g so I did not feel badly about it's size.
Gregory Stout 45 pack in Orange! Left waist belt pocket - tissues and she-wee (which I have never needed lol) and a small quick dry towel/facecloth for drying wet patio chairs. Right waist belt pocket - snacks - small pack of nuts and headlamp. Left mesh pocket of pack - large water bottle...
What is the fabric? Does it breathe? Will it dry overnight?
Wear whatever you like, but I would test the outfit out over multiple walks to make sure it is not too hot, or uncomfortable. I'd also handwash it and hang it in a damp, cool room to see how long it takes to dry without a breeze or...
