    Sad situation. For your knee, I recommend Glucosamine and Chondroitin tablets. You will notice the difference after a couple of weeks. I am also 73, completing my Camino last year in September, taking 31 days. Next year, the Camino del Norte awaits! Buen Camino 😎 🇳🇿🇪🇸
