If the albergue at Neda isn't to your taste, try Hotel Kensington.
When I walked the English Way last April, the albergue was still shuttered, so I had to walk backwards to get a room there!

The one slight wrinkle with the bus from A Coruña to Ferrol is that Ferrol's bus station is a 2km walk from the starting point of the Camino in the harbour.
That means you end up walking a little of the Camino route in both directions at the beginning.

I've just walked it ten days ago. I started in Ferrol at the harbour, getting my pre-bought credencial stamped at the tourist office mentioned above. You can also buy one there, if you need one. But keep in mind the opening hours! You don't want to wait for the office to open if you want an...
