Pretty incredible you did it in 18 Days! It took me 30 days from Lisbon incl variate Espiritual to SdeC ( 29 April - 01 June 2022 with 2 extra days in Porto)
Well Done!
Buen Camino
Please be well aware of Covid!
Accommodations are getting expensive day by day; a pity. The owners seem to be increasing prices after the 2 year shut down. I did the entire CP from Lisbon to SdeC and it was not cheap ..
As far as transport for your Mochila : not possible between Lisbon to...
Am on the Camino Portuguese.. NOT WORTH IT..
Stick with your own provider… big hassle getting a SIM and then 2 GB data … which gets gobbled up as soon as you start finding the tracks / Albergues/ WhatsApp etc
Very Best Wishes

Yeah from Porto Many Possibilities..
It’s the 640-240 = 400 km
From Lisbon to Porto where there is nothing organised such as Correos..
For people with genuine physical problems that stretch is a definite disadvantage.. someone mentioned Euro 1.00 / km
meaning Euro 400:- minimum… i believe it’s...
Hello Boots!
I am contemplating between Camino Portuguese Central and Camino Del Norte( much tougher much longer) with the latter possibly more organised after Easter ( 4th week April 2022).
Very Best!
Hello are you sure they provide services from Lisbon all the way to Santiago de Campostela at Euro 4/drop? Or only from Porto??
Very Best

Hello Nick
Brilliant move!
I just wish to know the two headings
Caminho Portugues from Lisbon
Caminho Portugues ( Interior)
Each a different route ??
as I read the CP from Lisbon to Porto ( interior) is pretty flat, lower gradients but longer stretches as per Señor Brierley
Very Best...
Hi Rick
Indeed a pity with so many obstacles..
I mean sticking the cotton bud stick through your nostril everyday / very couple of hours in Portugal is going to give an infection in the ENT area.
We all wish to walk so much ..
First the hardships in the Camino and to add to this so many many...

Hi Colette
Good day! Would you know anyone walking from Lisbon in early Oct 2021 to Porto as I would be walking alone and hoping to connect with someone/anyone just to cover the first days as being tough and to feel secure on certain sections. Every Best Wish

Hi !
You would need to average 30+ km
At non - stop ( no relaxing days ) to cover
640+80+40 just to cover 760 km to Muxia in 25 days ... will power determination and keeping the faith along with your Mochila... anything is possible 🙏
Thanks Mr Smith!
I would then need to play it by ear.
I understand the CP is not at all as popular as CF but nonetheless it’s the 2nd most popular camino ! It’s a pity the facilities are sparse if non existent. I was hoping to walk the entire camino ..
Again Thank You for your very kind...
