I planned to walk it this year, but changed plans when I read about Bears in Slovania. Im sure its rare, but enough to turn me off, of course the pandemic also helped change all my plans for 2021.

Most running shoes are designed to last between 300 and 500 miles, that’s if you are running. I assume it’s safe to assume it should last 500 miles of walking.

I always struggle with thin pillows in albergues, I just recently bought an inflatable "ass pad" to cushion up pillows when needed. It weighs 3 oz. and is 29"x9"x1.5". Not delivered yet, I have no idea if will serve the purpose.
