There are no Camino apps that I know that will do what you are staying. Best to use the tracks native to Apple and Android phones, like Find my Phone and Google Maps if her family wants to know where she is in real time.
As I mentioned in the other thread, I use Find Penguins. I like how it creates a map of my Camino as I go.

This is s busy time of year, and I have no doubt that the shuttle will get filled up. As you know, everyone must have their own reservation in advance at least an hour before the shuttle arrives - they can't accept last minute people at the airport...

Do you have to start the same day that you arrive in Santiago/Sarria? If you have time in your schedule I strongly urge you to slow down and spend the night in Sarria before you start.
