@Traveler89 I'm not sure why you have joined a forum for those who are interested in walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain to ask a non Camino related travel question. I recommend checking out the TripAdvisor Air Travel forum.

But minimum connection times are for itineraries with protected connections, i.e., all flights booked in one ticket. In the OP's case, if they miss the flight to Cairo they will have to purchase a new ticket.
Also, this isn't a Camino related question.
I'm going to say it again - @laurenligreci just get a FREE Schwab account. No fees, no minimum balance, all ATM fees reimbursed, easy to transfer funds from another bank, no hoops to jump through!

I second the suggestion of the Schwab checking account and credit card. It's really easy to transfer money from my other bank to Schwab and I have no worries about racking up a ton of ATM fees.
With a group that size a big part of planning will involve training and assessing how far each person is able to walk each day. If you want to all stay together I recommend stages that the person who can walk the least far can handle.
There are no Camino apps that I know that will do what you are staying. Best to use the tracks native to Apple and Android phones, like Find my Phone and Google Maps if her family wants to know where she is in real time.
As I mentioned in the other thread, I use Find Penguins. I like how it creates a map of my Camino as I go.
When you click on one of the places it takes you to the day's blog post.

This is s busy time of year, and I have no doubt that the shuttle will get filled up. As you know, everyone must have their own reservation in advance at least an hour before the shuttle arrives - they can't accept last minute people at the airport...
I, and several other forum members use Find Penguins to create blogs. It's very similar to Polar Steps.

I use Google Maps location sharing so that my family know where I am in case of emergency...
It might be cheaper to use a very inexpensive bag - maybe one from a charity shop and leave it behind at your first accommodation, then buy another cheap bag when you are ready to go home.
I was going to suggest the IKEA Frakta bag with zipper, but it looks like they aren't available in the UK...
Yes. I'm in Barcelona right now, and typical of most Spanish cities there are people out and about at night.
You will probably will arrive at the Sants train station. You can take the metro from there to the Gothic Quarter.
