Yes you can cope with very hot when the humidity is low.
Over here on the East Coast of Aus it’s been raining for weeks with the humidity up in the 80-90 percent and everyone’s winging about the hot summer. However our summer temps have been relatively mild only mid 30’s- very low 30’s Celsius...
I walk at 5.5 k/hr my friend walked at 3k/hr which meant a 30k walk would take me about 6 hrs with a little rest here n there and take her 10 hrs with no rest. Eventually she got poles and that increased her speed to about 4.5k/hr.
When you come from along way off - each time you board that 27 hour flight to Spain you’re going on a Camino. What part who cares?
It would be entirely different coming from Spain.
Why? Unless something is causing you harm why the need to let go.
The Camino spirit lives on in me. I miss the physical journey but won’t let go of the memories or messages. Hence why I and many of us visit this forum.

I have met people who didn’t get it at all and it was just a walk and I felt so sad for them.
I guess they weren’t ready yet to either grip or to be gripped!
I think it has more to do with body temperature and how cold people are vs nationality.
If you don’t have enough blankets, body fat you want windows closed to be warm, if you don’t have enough oxygen you want windows open to have more air.
Don’t think it matters what flag you sleep under.
