    It sounds as if your Meniere's Disease (endolymphatic hydrops) is severe. It is potentially quite dangerous primarily because of the tendency to self-injury. I would think seriously about venturing out on the Camino where there might be stretches of walking alone and having no aid available...

    If you want to do a "complete" Camino then the Camino Ingles is the way to go. Five days of walking is very do-able.

    Camino Ingles. It is a "complete" Camino and you can enjoy/explore its complete history without cutting short on any details.

    I travel domestically and internationally with my power packs in my carry-on luggage and have never had a problem. Lithium batteries are generally not allowed in the checked baggage.
