Spanish language on outside of Spain Caminos

Knowing Spanish did me absolutely no good in France. And French speakers that I meet on the Camino generally don't speak Spanish unless they've studied it.

    Share a ride?

This is s busy time of year, and I have no doubt that the shuttle will get filled up. As you know, everyone must have their own reservation in advance at least an hour before the shuttle arrives - they can't accept last minute people at the airport

    Brand New Cafe in Ventosa

Too bad it wasn't open a couple of weeks ago when I passed through.

    Blogging

You can actually post as many photos a day as you want with the free version because there is no limit to how many "footprints" you post each day. I usually just do one daily footprint, but if I have a lot of photos that I want to share I'll add another one. You can create the posts as drafts...

Do some people not get stamps?

I can't imagine walking the Camino without a credential. For me it's part of the while Camino experience.

Do some people not get stamps?

Might as well get in the habit now! I don't think that you are in danger of running out of room in your credential.😉

Do some people not get stamps?

Yes, my credential and the stamps in it are a great souvenir and reminder of the places where I stayed each day. I just don't feel the need to collect stamps from every random place I pass through. I only get extra stamps at places where I have exceptional experiences.

Do some people not get stamps?

I usually only get stamps where I sleep. Of course, if I want a Compostela I get a second one somewhere each day during the last 100 km, but I don't normally bother with that anymore.

    Opposite direction!!

Mapy.cz should be a good option and you can use the navigation feature to keep you on track. Make sure that you choose the "tourist" route, and set your default map to "outdoor."

    Invierno Planning Questions 2024

I'm also trying to work out a max 13 day plan for the Invierno. I've been walking since May 14th (Arles - Aragonés - Francés) and I'm a few days behind my original (loose) schedule because of taking a day off and doing some shorter than planned days when I had a cold. I thought that I had...

Good idea. @unaharty may have to limit the gastronomy in San Sebastián to lunch.

Another good thing about Find Penguins is that your friends and family don't have to have an account to view it. You can also add your Find Penguins posts to Facebook if you want.
