Hi
Another approach could be train.
We used it to get from Middlesbrough to Santander to walk on the Camino del Norte last September.
We arrived the night before in Londo, stayed for the (short) night in the cheapest and closest Hotel we could find.
Then we took the 06:18 Eurostar to Paris...
Hi
I would recommend to take a bus to Lugo and continue from there by bus or train to Sarria.
There is no direct bus from Cebreiro. You should walk to Piedrafita do Cebreiro which is about 1 km from Cebreiro. It is lower than Cebreiro but still on top of a pass. Should be easy to walk
This is on...
it is not. as you reach it you will have done the best part of the camino anyway. ut is a steep ascent. Pretty bad in places but fairly short. just a few miles long. i walked it. with backpck. was half as bad as i had been told and i am over 50. Buen Camino

Hi
Welcome to the forum.
I don't know or do not have experience with any of the above.
I'd go to a shop where you can wear the shoes for a while to see if they feel good, In case of doubt between two> go for the lighter one.
If you walk the Camino Frances it will be roughly a million steps and...
