hello my wife I and need to get from Santiago de Compostella airport to Tui on Thursday 19th May. Our flight arrives in Santiago at 15.35. Does anyone know of the best way to get to Tui / Valenca is this by bus or train and what are the departure times? Also, can we get our Pilgrim Passports in...
Just got back home today after starting in Valenca on 21st June. What an amazing experience!!!
Fantastic weather along the journey -never saw rain once.
Only downside was after the first night in the Albergue I decided they were not for me - too much noise through the night plus I didn't like...
Hello
We begin our walk next Sunday from Valenca - can't wait to get started!!

Sleeping bag or liner? How cold are the nights?
Is there much rain or am I ok to just bring shorts?
Are there may people walking the Portugues...

Myself and travel companion are leaving from Tui on 21st June. I am not sure of the logistics but, you are more than welcome to join us along the way if it fits in!!
My Camino companion and I are arriving in Porto early on Sunday 20th June and intend to start from Valenca the following day. Can we obtain our Credencial from Porto and if so where from? Are we better to head straight out of Porto and stay the first night in or near to Valenca ready to begin...
These responses are amazing, encouraging and so informative!! Deep down I too really want to experience this wonderful journey but have been hesitant and fearful for the self same reasons. Which Camino? For how long? Will I get lost? End up with no place to sleep? I too need "my own space" at...
