Read what I say about Covid in my post. I ask for advice about strollers than you can give advice on strollers. If my stance on Covid is not clear, just ask. Unsolicited advice doesn’t have the impact you want it to have. Even if your intentions are noble.
You didn’t ask me any questions pepi. Realize that’s why this is your ego talking, not mine.
Maybe you are worried about the safety of my children, maybe you even think that i’m an egoistic dad. It’s all good. Just ask questions.
I take your worries into consideration. Thanks!
This made me think.
I could fly on Santiago with the whole family. Maybe bring my sister in law with us. Then take a bus with my oldest to Sarria and walk with her to Santiago, while the rest wait for us over there.
So a trekking pushchair would be sturdy enough?
Hahaha and the apologies are...
...to get out in nature with a tent and sleep there for a couple of days. I think Hila, my 5yo, is too young for that. So last year I took her to a 5* camping for a couple of nights. I just took a small tent, two airmatrasses and two sleeping bags. They had everything for kids. Indoor and...
Hi all,
I call myself a camino veteran. I hope to walk my 14th camino this October (fingers crossed with Covid). I know the Frances really well. Walked it alone, with friends, with my father and sister, with a colleague, but now the time has come for a camino with (a) kid(s). Just for a week...
Beautiful, I can feel and understand your emotions. I walked 10 years in a row. 2019 was the year I didnt walk because my daughters were in the hospital for 4 months. You feel incomplete.
But Biarritsdon, I walked in two holy years. By head, 2010 and 2014 (an extra holy hear). I didn’t feel it...
I use it for all my Camino’s. Really good planner. But beware. Last June I was using it on the Via de la Plata and the albergue on my list was closed for more than a year. This meant I had to walk another 15k without water in 47 degrees.
So, if the stop is important for you, check availability...
For me, there is no minimum time. Since 2009 I’ve been on Camino’s 11 times. Last year I went twice. First in June with 47 degrees from Mérida. I only had 5 walking days. It was awesome. In November I went with my father to the Francés. 4 walking days. Perfect.
You are talking about (political) ideology. Why? Actually what you say to me in other words is: "live and let live". I would ask you to do the same and think about more than human lives. ☺

This june will be my tenth time on the Camino (arrived 3 times in Santiago). I will be walking from Merida for about a week (cannot miss my baby daughter any longer). I'm a vegetarian and becoming a...

8 other reasons to walk the ‘Camino de Santiago’
The first time I heard about the Camino was in 2008 when I was reading the novel ‘The Pilgrimage‘...
Thanks falcon! This was exactly what i was looking for.
Thanks Arn. Im really looking forward to this part. How many days did you give yourself? Looking at the overview 4 days is really doable for me. I will be walking astorga-SDC in 7.
Hi everybody,
I'll be on the camino Frances this november. It's the first time I'm going to walk from santiago to muxia and finisterre (in 2010 did it by bus). I'm going to walk the route in 4 days total. 3 to muxia, 1 to finisterre.
Can anybody tell me where I can find the distances...
In summer I always take my +15 sleeping bag, from November I take my -5 sleeping bag. A pound more but wouldn't change it. I'll be on the Frances from November 8 th til november 29th
Thank you for your advice. I will make a plan for the Primitivo but will look at the weather forecast days before. The week before the 16th I'll be on the camino Frances with my father and sister, so I decide at the last moment. If i stay in the Frances i will walk from Astorga to Finisterra...
Hi everybody. This November I'll be on the Camino for the 7th time. First a week with my father and sister on the Frances from Logrono to burgos. Then I'm taking the bus with a friend. I can go from Astorga Tot Finisterra in 11 days.
BUT i would love to do the primitivo. I read a lot about...
