    Camino by Coach

No, being a pilgrim is not a big deal: it just means that you try to progress towards a goal. It is not an achievement. All christian believers (and perhaps jewish people, too ?) should consider themselves as "pilgrims on earth". Chistian texts tell about "our pilgrimage on earth".

    Camino by Coach

No, it does not belong to the definition of a pilgrimage. Lourdes is often reached by train, Mecca by plane: could you deny them the name of "pilgrimage" ? Like @wayfarer reported: "A pilgrimage is a journey to a holy place", nothing is said about the means you use to reach it. However...

    Camino by Coach

However, there are many traces of christian spirituality on the Camino. When walking on it, it seems difficult to forget it was a christian way, even if now the religion is often forgotten.

    Camino by Coach

Of course you can get a credential and your first stamp in Madrid.

    Pilgrimage or vacation?

I cannot understand the contradiction between "pilgrimage" and "holidays". According to me, these words are not at the same level: - pilgrimage is the target - holidays are the means I walked with people who were working during their Camino, and with others who were in holidays. Last summer I...

    Low fee ATMs. Where

I am surprised by this assertion (but not surprised that it is promoted by Revolut, which, if I remember, is not maintaining any ATM...). Perhaps the sentence means that your card issuer can charge you, then resend the fee to the ATM bank ? Indeed the ATM bank cannot give you less notes you...

    Low fee ATMs. Where

No, in France, withdrawals are generally not invoiced. Generally your bank allows several "foreign withdrawals" (ie withdrawals from another bank) without fees. However a problem of equity is raised by digital banks without ATMs (N26, Revolut...): they rely upon their competitors to provide the...
