What causes people to stop their caminos?
I'm a 58 year old unfit woman. I did 2 hr daily "walks" at home for one month prior to coming. I am not a Camino "purist" and realized I better start in Pamplona and I'm glad I did. I'm lying in bed in Viana with sore feet and leg muscles but I can feel my body getting fitter, ever so slightly...- Leaniamath
