When you get to Asturias, check out the recently opened Albergue de Peregrinos Duesos (after Ribadesella and before La Isla). Gorgeous place run by 2 wonderful pilgrims-turned-hospitaleros. Communal meal, donativo. It is about 500 m off the actual Camino, but totally worth it. And they take...- Rocco

Help me remember an albergue
Must be Granon--the veritable heart of the Camino spirit. The only albergue in any of the Caminos I have walked that has no sello because "if it isn't stamped in your heart and soul then stamping a piece of paper would make no difference."- Rocco

A new albergue just opened in Caravia between Ribadesella and Villaviciosa on the Norte in Asturias. Donativo. Highly recommended! Run by two pilgrims-turned-hospitaleros.- Rocco
