So, that's pretty much the same thing that happened to me. Vigo was the city where I got the new SIM, and the clerk there said something similar to me. Interesting. It was only another 15 or 20 Euro, so not a huge deal.
I searched but wasn't able to find an answer. This past summer I bought a 2 week Vodafone card at OPO for 20€. It worked great in Portugal but stopped working when I crossed into Spain. Does the OPO Vodafone store sell a SIM that works in both Portugal and Spain?
Hi Lizzie. I walked the coastal this past June. It is so beautiful. You are going to love it! I booked my first night well ahead, but after that, I booked the next night either the night before or the day of. There was always availability doing it that way, so I imagine in September it would be...

I totally understand and the same happened to me during my recent Camino Portugues. I tried to keep up with some North American pilgrims that I met, completely overdid it, and possibly stress fractured my foot. I finished the journey with the help of a bus ride or two.
I totally get the self...
I actually just did this...finished the Camino in June, stayed 2 days in Santiago, took trains to Barcelona, stayed 2 days there, then caught an NCL cruise from Barc. You can also fly to Barcelona from SDC. Greece was not on our cruise itinerary but I'm sure it is on some. It was an amazing...
Thanks for this thread.
I arrived in Santiago at noon today after a 12 day Camino Portugues. I sat in front of the cathedral crying for 45 minutes, then went to the pilgrims office to get a stamp. I also sat in the chapel at the pilgrim's office for a while...they have a video playing with...
