How do people 60-and-over plan their Camino?
Hi Lydia, I 'm just 75 and I walk different camino routes each year. The Camino del Norte is lovely and I did not find it that difficult from Irun to Bilbao. I flew into Biarritz and short train to Irun. Go for it--- my attitude is " Don't wonder how to do it-- DO it and wonder how you did it...- Daíthi

Albergue Santa María de Eunate closed permamently?

Hi, I walked " El Camino Frances " in 2009 and the guide book I used was by John Brierley. I found it excellent . It was packed full of usefull information, Very understandable and the maps for each day were simplicity it self. Buen Camino. Daíthi- Daíthi
