Blister Prevention and Foot Care
Just finished. No blisters. What worked for me: each morning I applied moleskin to areas I knew had potential to start feeling hot after many miles. Disappointment at Ponferada mega albergue
Re: Ponferada albergue I stayed in the large albergue on June 17, 2012. I was in a room with 3 bunks. I was very pleased with the covered clothes lines. Nice to have in case of rain. I didn't understand the long wait to get a bed but assumed that there was purpose for my wait and used the time...- sharinsc

CatherineAnn- I bought a ticket from the Chamartin train station to Leon on the 13th. I think there is a new bus that goes from T4 to Chamartin, otherwise it seems to be 2 subways best I can tell.
