    Why just 10% of your weight? Hi, I've had no problem hiking with 20 kg backpack which is a bit more than 25 % of my body weight. It shouldn't be a problem if you're accustomed backpacker.. The more you carry, the more fat you burn :) ..and the more happy you're to get to bed in the evening...
