Re: Question about FOOD and water on el camino frances When I hiked before, I carried nuts and some Cliff Bars for emergency foods. I think we ended up bringing/leaving all of the Bars as we did not need them. We tried to buy bread and cheese, maybe a piece of fruit the afternoon/night before...- harryandleather
