    We did this last June and it was easy. Four of us shared the taxi to an accesible restaurant on the way recommended by the cafe owner who drove us. We then walked to Silleda. The next day we took a taxi back to the restaurant and walked back to Silleda.

    Thanks for the info. I will also check cookie settings (or try) part of the problem is I am technically challenged! So far, turning off 2-factor authentication has definitely helped.

    I also have problems accessing the forum. when I try and sign in I always have to get a code sent. This doesn’t always work and I have to try several times. When it does, I check to remember the device for 30 days, but this doesn’t work. I have to try with a code every time. Does anyone else...

    VdlP Food Recommendations - A Serious Question

    I agree Jenny on Asador Grimaldo. My favorite meal of the entire camino. Great food and great company! I also enjoyed a delicious meal in Monesterio at El Rinconcello. It was recommended in the guide. Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere.

    Hi! I have a question about El Zaguan de la plata. I see prices that look comparable to an albergue15E and more expensive rooms on booking.com for 55-60E. Are there 2 similarly named accommodations?

    Let's talk waist packs!

    I like to use a waist pack with my backpack. I find it easier to access than pockets on the backpack. I have a mantis waist pack from arcteryx. It converts to a shoulder pack for walking around town later.
