    Whatever is comfortable, yet is also small and easy to put in the corner of a pack!! Lighter colours will keep your head cooler though, so worth bearing in mind. Wide brim keeps the sun off better than a peaked cap, but whatever you feel comfortable with

    Raincoat-Poncho

    Poncho - goes over everything (including your pack) so keeps everything dry! They weigh near to nothing so don't weigh you down. Cant go wrong!

    Would reccomend a light weight sleeping bag if you are going in summer. The nights are warm, and you won't need much. And if it is cold, many have blankets to borrow as well. A light weight sleeping back only puts you back about 1kg, so worth the weight for a good nights sleep
