    To be honest I was not impressed with San xii because I was hungry and many of the towns were two or three buildings and no bars. Also lots of hard rocky paths. If I do it again I would not take this way. One of my least favorite parts.

    Absolutely I purchased mine in sjpp and they really help the knees on the rocks and steep down I have meet a lot of people with knee issues but there is a lot of pharmacies to get a knee brace if you need one

    Hilly is one thing but the rocks are nothing what I expected. some rock paths do not even look like anyone ever walked the path. Very steep hills up and down. The downs are worst than the ups. But it is still a great experience fit or not.

    I would suggest you start walking hills not sure if that is possible in Florida but I am in pa and I worked on stamina and I am not sure it helped because the up and down steep hills are what takes the most out of your body many people have knee issues from the steep down lots of knee braces...

    To all future pilgrims if you are not interested in staying in Burgos it is worth it to go the extra 10 km to tardajos and stay at La Fabrica it is a new albergue and the food and accommodations are great very peaceful the best shower I ever had the owners are wonderful last night my daughters...
