I was also thinking starting it from st.jean hike to Pamplona visit some relatives and then take the bus to Burgos and go from there! I also bought a pilgrims guide to camino the compostela by John Brierley it seem pretty good what other guide books you all recomend? Thanks- Peregrino2016
